After-Hours Vehicle Drop-Off Instructions

We understand life gets busy — that’s why we offer a secure Night Drop Box for after-hours vehicle drop-offs. Please follow the steps below to ensure your vehicle is checked in properly.

How to Drop Off Your Vehicle After Hours

1. Park your vehicle in the designated customer parking area.
2. Remove all personal belongings and valuables from your vehicle.
3. Locate the Night Key Drop Box next to our front door.
4. Take an envelope from the drop box.
5. Fill out all required information, including:
   • Your full name
   • Best contact phone number and/or email address
   • Vehicle make, model, and year
   • A brief description of the repair or concern
6. Sign the envelope to authorize us to begin the estimate or repair process.
7. Place your keys inside the completed envelope and drop it securely into the slot on the front of the box.
