Lexus is dedicated to providing its new vehicle owners with comprehensive factory warranties. The warranties that come with their new models allow the manufacturer to stand behind their quality vehicles ​and to ensure peace of mind.

Basic Warranty

This warranty offers continued coverage up to 48 months or 50,000 miles and guarantees the manufacturer will cover any adjustments or repairs explicitly needed that are caused by defects. The wheel alignment and the balancing of the tires are also covered up to 12 months or 12,000 miles, depending on which one comes first.

Powertrain Warranty

With 70,000 miles or 72 month-coverage, this warranty covers any defects or quality issues on new Lexus powertrains. The issues may be present in the engine, transmission, front-wheel drive system, and rear-wheel drive system. Deductibles are not required to cover the costs of the repairs when they're scheduled.

Hybrid Warranty

Lexus includes the Hybrid Warranty with coverage provided up to eight years or 100,000 miles. The parts and components included in the terms of this warranty include the Hybrid Battery Control Module, Hybrid Control Module, and Inverter with Converter. The battery in the vehicle is also covered for up to 10 years or 150,000 miles, whichever comes first.

Corrosion Perforation Warranty

All new Lexus models come with the Corrosion Perforation Warranty which offers coverage for up to 72 months, regardless of miles driven. ​Lexus will repair or replace any body panel that develops perforation from corrosion (rust-through) during the course of normal use.

Reliable Lexus also offers MPP plans for older models to provide added protection. These plans include GAP insurance, extended service contracts, and lease wear coverage.

Parts Warranty

With up to 12 months of coverage, this warranty covers parts that are defective on new cars regardless of miles driven. However, batteries and normal maintenance items are not warranted.
