It's generally recommended to change your oil every three months or whenever you hit the 3,000-mile to 5,000-mile mark, whichever comes first. It is not in the vehicle’s best interest for you to drive more than 5,000 miles without investing in an oil change. Contact us or view your service manual for the most accurate timeframe.

Our customers do not have to pay for a recall when they're notified of repairs that are needed on their vehicles. The manufacturer is responsible for covering the costs to ensure the car is fully restored. Customers are required to bring the car in between a specific timeframe, or the costs are no longer covered. Reliable Lexus is happy to address all repairs related to a recall notice.

Yes, Reliable Lexus is happy to provide service for makes and models that are not in the Lexus family. It is best to contact our maintenance department to schedule an appointment for service.

Tires need to be replaced when there's low tread, which is typically less than 2/32” of depth. It is a good idea to have your tires checked and rotated every few months. You should consider replacing your tires every three to four years. Here's a tip on how you can check your tire tread. Use the penny test as general guide (if Abe Lincoln head and hair are fully visible then we'd recommend to replace tires).

Depending on your warranty type. Eg, warranty for a brand-new car vs certified-preowned may vary. Your bumper-to-bumper warranty generally covers service and repairs for your Lexus for 48 months or 50,000 miles, whichever comes first.
